Exposure to simulated environmental conditions, grants trainees the opportunity to implement their CRM skills and develop a full comprehension and understanding of these markers. The soft skills include (but are not limited to) building mental resilience, reducing panic, enhancing risk identification and management, and decision making in real-life emergencies.
