In this course, participants will be introduced to the aviation industry and acquire knowledge, skills and behaviours that include aviation regulations, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), aircraft equipment and aircraft type related topics.
Both theoretical and practical training will be coupled with scenarios in realistic training environments. Dynamic’s Reality Based Training (RBT) will impart the necessary knowledge and expertise to ensure the highest standards of performance even under stressful situations. This training philosophy emphasises the utilisation of CRM markers i.e. situational awareness, decision making, physical skills and communication to manage situations under time pressured circumstances and at all times.
For Attestation, Aeromedical Aspects and First Aid will be an additional module.
Training programs and equipment are GCAA approved and EASA and FAA compliant.

For Pilots - Both Commercial Aircraft and Business Jets, it is a one-day course covering General Safety, Evacuation, Crew Incapacitation, Fire and Smoke, Emergency Equipment, Emergency Exits, Aviation Security, Survival Training, Decompression and Hypoxia, Incident and Accident Review and Wet Ditching Drills.
All participants who complete the course will receive a certificate of completion and training record. Dynamic is authorised by the GCAA to issue Cabin Crew Attestation (CCA).
