Agreement for General Bookings

When a confirmed booking is made and accepted by Dynamic Advanced Training LLC, hereafter referred to as the ‘Company’, a binding contract shall be deemed to subsist between both parties.

No liability shall accrue to either the Company or student if either is prevented from fulfilling any of their contractual obligations by any incidence of force majeure, or any other event, which can reasonably be beyond the control of either party.

In the event of any dispute arising out of the terms of this contract, it shall be referred to a mutually acceptable arbiter whose decision shall be binding to both parties. It is understood that the student will indemnify the Company for any non-insurable claims that may be made against it for damage or loss caused by the student or by members of their party whether wilful or through negligence.

Booking Cancellations and/or Rescheduling

A student may cancel or alter the date of a training course for which they have enrolled. Course fees are refundable in full provided that a minimum of 30 days’ notice is given in writing to the Company by email.

Cancellations or rescheduling a booking inside 30 days must be made verbally and in writing by the person who completed the booking and be sent to the Company by email. This is deemed to take effect on receipt. An administration fee of AED360.00 will be charged.

Cancellations or rescheduling made between 30 and 15 days will incur a loss of deposit and an administration fee of AED360.00. Balance of payment is to be no later than 15 days prior to commencement of the course.

There will be no refunds given for cancellations made inside 15 days, except under the following conditions:

  • A student cancels their enrolment due to a serious medical condition affecting them or a member of their immediate family. In this case the student’s fees can be transferred to enrol them on an alternate course, or a full refund will be processed. Less an administration fee of AED360.00.
  • A student cancels their enrolment due to bereavement. In this case the student’s fees can be transferred to enrol them on an alternate course, or a full refund will be processed.
  • Dynamic Advanced Training LLC is unable to provide a course offered. In this case the student’s fees can be transferred to enrol them on an alternate course, or a full refund can be processed.

Assessment of eligibility for a refund will be based upon the date the withdrawal request was received and on a case by case basis.

When the deposit to secure a place in a course has been made, and if the student then cancels or reschedules outside 30 days, an administration fee of AED360.00 will be charged.

If a student booked onto a course is a no-show for their assigned course, or no prior written notice to Dynamic Advanced Training has been given in regard to their absence, 100% of the fees for that particular booking shall be payable by the student to Dynamic Advanced Training LLC.

If a student decides not to commence studies after making a booking.

  • Greater than 30 days prior to nominated course commencement date: Full refund of monies paid, less an administration fee.
  • Less than 30 days prior to nominated course commencement date: The student will not be eligible for a refund of any fees that are paid for the current course of training.

A student who has paid the course fees and withdraws from the course after it has commenced, will not be eligible for a refund of any fees that are paid for the current course of training.

Any course material that has been issued to the student must be returned to the Company before any form of refund is made.

Cancellations and/or Transfers

The Company reserves the right at its discretion to transfer the course to another and this action will in no way waive the terms and conditions stated herein. In the event of the Company having to cancel a course, without offering any acceptable alternative, then the student shall be entitled to a full refund of monies paid and no further liability shall be incurred by the Company. Dynamic Advanced Training LLC will not be held liable for personal travel arrangements, such as flights and/or accommodation.

Payment Terms

Confirmation of a student’s place on a training course is not finalised until all fees have been received in full by Dynamic Advanced Training LLC. Dynamic Advanced Training LLC reserves the right to decline bookings without any formal explanation.

Conditions of Payment of Refunds

Conditions for payment of refunds are as follows:

  • Refunds will be paid in AED
  • Refunds will be issued via cheque or Electronic Funds Transfer, unless otherwise requested
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days

Changes to Personal Details

It is the student’s personal responsibility to ensure that all personal details held by Dynamic Advanced Training LLC are correct and to notify Dynamic Advanced Training LLC of any changes. Dynamic Advanced Training LLC will not be held liable for any errors due to incorrect personal information.

Medical

The student agrees to advise the Company in writing of any medical disability or illness which may adversely affect the ability to participate in the course they have chosen. It shall be at the discretion of the Company to refuse to accept a booking of a student where there is an unacceptable risk to the party and the Company in doing so.

Pricing

Prices are in United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED).

Disclaimer

The Company shall not be held liable for death, personal injury, loss or damage to property howsoever arising. At the time of booking confirmation, you hereby release, to the full extent permitted by state, law and equity, The Company, its employees and agents from all actual and contingent liability in respect of such personal injury, death, loss or damage.
